Fabrication & Equipment

All three of our 60′ X 150′ bays allow us to fabricate, move and test equipment as large as the maximum size and limits of specialty truck transport. Our new West Bay can lift heavier equipment under a high ceiling allowing fabricating advantages for vessels and their modularization or skidding. On the smaller side we also have suitable resources for lighter hand carry, short order bench top projects.

As a medium sized fabrication shop with 38 ASME certified welders we have developed proficiencies for fabricating equipment utilized in many domestic and foreign industries. This diversification has allowed us to have developed expertise with many varieties of stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, many types of high nickel alloys and titanium. These less common metals demand skill and craftsmanship beyond common metalworking. Individuals in our experienced and dedicated team pride themselves as masters of advanced welding techniques.
